Subject: [sfbaveg] Vegan Food Party - Alum Rock Picnic and Hike
Come and enjoy Labor day (Sept. 3, 2007)with us at Alum Rock Park.
It's a vegan food party potluck with a hike afterwards. We'll locate close
to swings so anyone with children will have a play area.
We'll meet at 11:00 a.m. in the fourth parking lot. I'll have a sign for
BAVeg. You will need to bring a vegan dish enough for 6, and swerving
spoon. No barbequing due to fire danger. There is a $6.00 parking fee. If
you want to sit somewhere other than a picnic table bring a chair.
We'll be hiking around 1:30 p.m. for those who may want to arrive later.
Bring a visor or hat, and sunscreen for this portion of the day. We should
finish up around 3:00 p.m.
