When will you need/want to access the money associated with the asset? If
it's less than 2 years, I would cash it out. If it's between 2 and 5
years, put it into a more stable fund, like a govt-bond-based fund or
money market. If it's over 5 years, I would just leave it.
It's impossible to predict the market.
