Doug's Applescript: Re-Add Selected Tracks as Podcast

I am unable to get your "Re-Add Selected Tracks as Podcast" to work.  The script appears on the Scripts menu and I enabled Personal Web Sharing as instructed.  I noticed that, unlike the other scripts in there (which are .scpt files), this file is a ".app" (Application) file.  When I try to use it, it looks like it runs momentarily and then immediately exits.  There are no errors and I cannot figure out how to find the errors.

Any hints on how to get this to work?
