Hi Robert,

 

Just wanted to let you know that we have 1 more person who is interested in Vegan cooking.

 

 We are going to modify Channa Masala and Jeera rice to a low fat, no oil, vegan diet.  I planning to add 'Pudina Chutney' for Vegan diet. This can be used as a smear with bread or as a dipping.

 

 This class is a watch and learn class. I am sure you will have fun.
