These are generally pretty good.
If you'll be retiring around the year 2010, then you may be able to do:

If you think you'll be retiring before then, it may be best to talk with a
financial advisor. They may advise you to buy an annuity. See

If you think you'll be retiring after that, you may as well keep the above
mix.
