There is nothing to do to keep Robert from getting it. Gail always says
take extra vitamin C but I doubt it does anything. If you are
uncomfortable, take Sudafed. If it lasts more than 2 weeks, see a Dr. since
it might be a bacterial sinusitis.

This morning Robert woke up with body aches and dizziness, no fever. Looks
like he got my virus.I tried very hard to not breathe on him.
Mine is at the yellow mucus stage.
Any advice?
