well after all the drama, I will start Feb 20.  the SVCMC asst director
called me about the references. I couldn't stand waiting any longer,then I
called O'Connor HR and they said, yes, I do have a job, we just need to
finish the background check today. Thenn I wrote Kamar(asst director)
saying thanks but no thanks, I'm taking the O'Connor job.

Then I went to CasaVicky for a burrito.

I came back and Kamar had left a message please call me and your mom too.
So I chose to talk to Bhav-ma.

Then I got off the phone and Kamar called.  I said it wasn't about the
money necessarily.  And if SC co. HR was quicker I probably would have
worked there(since I applied way back in November). I had a good
conversation with her. She said she had had a job that didn't work out too
and she empathised (re:the St. Elizabeth's job).  She said if I wanted to
reapply in the future please do. But I think this is going to work out
better. At least I hope so. I have the hospital physical Tuesday.
