how I spent my Vancouver vacation

Great.  I call it the "chocolate and books tour".  We were amazed at how many chocolate places there were, and I ended up buying many more books than I had expected.  We were lucky to have good weather -- 2 days of clear skies in a single week.  The first day, we bicycled (rented bikes) around Stanley Park.  Then, we did more inside stuff.  Later, we walked Commercial Drive on the other good day, as well as a lot of other walking.  Needless to say, we indulged in lots of vegetarian food.  (I think there are more vegetarian food places in Vancouver than in San Francisco, which was surprising.)
