Dear Noelle,
I'm sorry for the late reply to your email.
I am currently teaching at a hospice, and not doing privates right
now because of my workload in my doctoral program. I would be happy
to talk with you, though, and know more about your situation. Maybe
I can offer some suggestions for getting your practice back. My
phone number is 105-831-0509. If I'm not in, please leave a message
as to when to return your call.
I wish you the best.
Kait

Hi. It's hard to find a Kripalu teacher around here! When I lived
in boston 1998-2003 I had a Kripalu teacher and went to the Kripalu
Ctr several times.
Most recently I was taking classes at the Ctr for Spiritual
Enlightenment in where-I-live. I injured my foot (plantar fasciitis)
elsewhere, but I pushed myself too hard in class and made it
worse.I stopped going to the class to remove myself from the
temptation to keep up with everyone else(standing poses were the
problem)...this was in April and I have been trying to do a non-
standing poses home practice since then. I had the plantar
fasciitis treated by a podiatrist and my foot has been feeling near
normal for the past month. but after all this I'm afraid to go back
to a class, I don't know how to strengthen my foot and return to a
regular yoga practice.I'm wondering if you teach people
individually, and if so, what your rates are, where you teach, etc.
Thank you!
