Robert, would be happy to discuss in greater detail, but here's the short 
version:

1) I support sunshine police legislation across the board, with the possible 
exception of audiotaping closed sessions, because it creates problems for the 
city in revealing litigation and negotiation strategies to adverse parties.  
Unlike Manny Diaz, I have not (and will not) accept contributions from 
lobbyists.

2) Measure A: I support. Our county desperately needs the funds for health 
programs, and I have always supported expansion of our transit system. 

3) Recycling: statistically, we do better than any other major city, but we can 
(and should) do better still.  Is there a more specific question on that topic?
