321 Ellsworth has vegetarian options, but none seem to be
vegan-compatible.
Ca Cafe in Palo Alto will have lasagna and didn't seem amenable to
modification.
Cetrella Bistro is meat-only.
Viognier in San Mateo has vegetarian, but not vegan options.
I'll try calling Arcadia next week, but, at this point, I think the best
bet would be to go to Parcel 104, stick my head in, see if I can eat
anything, and, if not, I'll go off to another restaurant.
