I got a quote from MetLife re: renter's insurance. She said that damage
to the house due to contents getting shifted about during an earthquake is
not covered. Anyway, it's $19.60/month (I presently pay $17.74/month with
Balboa).
So, I think I will need to ask Mary-Catherine about natural disasters and
dwelling liability.
