reservation advisements
The U-Haul regional office for where-I-live is now in
charge of your reservation.They will call you by 5PM
tomorrow to schedule your exact pickup time and location.
If they have not been able to reach you by 5PM tomorrow,
please contact our regional office at (800)792-0780 .
To change or cancel your reservation please contact us
no later than the day prior to your pickup date.
Reservations cancelled on the day of pickup are subject to a
$50 cancellation fee. Please call the regional office to
make changes, or if you have further questions about your
reservation.
U-Haul reserves the right to substitute equipment of
equal or greater size at no additional charge to you.
