Vancomycin t gram 120 IV every 12 hours (sp.?)
Cepepine 2 grams every 8 hours
We're struggling with the IV procedure. Did it wrong and waiting for the
VN to come.
Just had another MRI & MRV will know by Monday whether I will go under
the saw.
