I have used Taxcut for 3 years and this is the first time that it has not
been able to save my tax return. It is definitely not user error. I
think they have some memory management bug in their software and that it's
so difficult to reproduce and track down that it's not worth the bother.
I have never received good customer service from H&RBlock. Last year,
when I tried to get my refund for buying the state software with the fed
software, I went back and forth with them for several weeks and they never
resolved my problem or told me what was wrong. I never got the refund. I
think I'll be lucky if I get a refund from this HR Block purchase.
On another subject: Tamara should get an alumni e-mail address. Then, she
wouldn't have to keep changing. http://www.alumni..edu
