We found the problem! Ibill had trouble rebilling your credit card for
continued access. And due to problems with IBILL (our "old" billing
processor) we've decided to no longer use them for our accounts, and have
implemented a "new" billing system. This new system also allows us to accept
more credit cards and is billed DIRECTLY by us.
