Greetings,
This isn't my usual type of thing, but I saw an
article about this in Sunday's Chronicle, and it sounded pretty cool. A contest,
yes... and no doubt they'll put your email address on their particular list...
But, they have said in their privacy statement that they won't give it to
anyone else, sell it, etc. It's also a chance to win $100,000 for no more than
that inconvenience, so I decided what the hey...
You don't have to be registered to vote, although
you can register by link off their side. Here's my referral link: http://gs311zg.VOTEorNOT.org More information
there.
Below is the message they sent to me when I signed
up to send to anyone I want to refer. So, do it if you're so
inclined.
Thanks,
Gail
Hi,
I just signed up for the VOTE or NOT Challenge. The challenge is to raise awareness and get as many of our friends and family to participate in the Election. The 2000 Election was decided by about 500 votes, so all our votes matter!! This year's election may be just as close. It's cool because if you sign up for the challenge, you also get entered into a sweepstakes to win $100,000, and if you refer the winner to the challenge (like I'm doing right now), you get $100,000 too. In other words, if you join and win, we BOTH get $100,000. (Yes this is for real!) They're doing this to encourage us to spread the word fast, because the voter registration deadline is coming up soon. Please sign up, when you join they will let me know so I'll know I don't have to email you about this anymore. It takes less than a minute to do, so sign up now for the challenge through my referral link: http://gs311zg.VOTEorNOT.org If you still need to register to vote, you can do it online at http://VOTEorNOT.org/register.php Thanks! --Gail If you are signed up for the challenge and do not wish to receive any emails from it, you can always unsubscribe here: http://voteornot.org/?action=""> "Women and cats will do as they please, and men and
dogs should relax and get used to the idea."--
