Subject: Confirm Host Active
Problem:
When I click on
http://www.no-ip.com/hostactive.php?host=&domain=no-ip.com , I get
this message:
We are sorry but the host you requested has already been queued for
deletion. You may re-add your host after the system has finished
processing the queue.
1) I clicked on the above URL as soon as I received the message. In fact,
I see in the header that the message was sent "Wed, 18 Aug 2004 18:27:51
-0700 (PDT)" and I received it at 18:30:36. So, I clicked on it a few
minutes after it was sent. How could it already be targeted for deletion?
2) I constantly update my IP address -- every 60 seconds in fact. As it
turns out, I have a static IP address. Why doesn't that count as
"active"?
Thanks.
