No, it was my own caching server.  But I know it's working.  I haven't
tried 208.201.224.11 since yesterday, but 208.201.224.33 works fine.  If
there is nothing wrong with .11 that you can find, then I'll just continue
to use .33 since it works for me.

I don't use DHCP.

You can go ahead and close this ticket since my workaround (using .33)
works fine.
