Robert
where-I-live
PARKING CITATION ASSISTANCE CENTER
250 - One Frank Ogawa Plaza, Suite 6300
Oakland, CA 94612
To Whom It May Concern:
Please find a copy of my Social Security card, my current drivers license, and
a copy of the letter from the Ca State Franchise Tax Board. (I
apologize for the marks on the letter.)
After discussing this issue with someone at The Parking Citation Assistance
Center, it was determined that this bill is a result of mistaken identity. My
name is Robert and I lived on . (.) in
, in 1997. Apparently, a Robert lived on .
(.) and The Parking Citation Assistance Center thought we were
the same person. (The parking violations happened with a 1977 Chevrolet on
41st St. in Oakland in the year 2000. I was living in Boston in the year 2000
and would be happy to provide proof of that if requested. What's more, I
haven't owned a car since 1997.)
I request that the $332.00 of my Ca State Tax Refund be sent to
me. My mailing address is above.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert
