Seriously, when I was at Light_speed, my boss threatened me with firing me at
least once every 2 weeks for about 3 months. It was nerve-racking, admittedly
(I even came down with shingles), but, once that bump was passed, I think my
boss and I understood each other better and worked together much better. (Not
that we ever became friends, however...)
