RE: why no refund?



[Sorry.  I forgot to attach my message.  This should have it.]

My question was whether I had to enclose a copy of the receipt for my
Taxcut Deluxe to get my refund since I bought Taxcut Delux in a store and
bought Taxcut State online.

Your answer seems to indicate "no".

I have attached my original receipt I received via e-mail which I printed
out for the refund offer.  The letter I received in the mail said:

    While processing your order, we found that your sales receipt did not
    indicate the correct product purchase(s) for this offer.  Please refer
    to the offer requirements that show the products needed to be
    purchased for this offer.

But, I still don't understand why my order (refund) could not be processed.
