Please oppose H.R. 4166, the so-called "American Workforce Improvement and 
Jobs Protection Act".  This bill will increase the number visas when 
the Bay Area is still suffering from job loss.  Having been an employed 
high-tech worker, some visa holders displace workers such as myself.  
Passing such a bill in these economically depressed times would be the 
height of lunacy.
