[Bug 47] New: toolbar is screwed up

Two problems: (1) according to the toolbar, every URL has been suggested by a 
user named "meiso", even though it hasn't and (2) instead of putting a bubble 
next to the "I like it!", a bubble with "meiso" next to it is there.  
Basically, it's so screwed up as to be unusable.  I don't think I'd be able to 

reproduce it, but I was hitting a lot of buttons when this happened :-).  
Perhaps there's a synchronization/mutex problem somewhere.

BTW, the other IE windows are working fine, so the workaround must be to 
restart the browser.
