Lopez crawled up a little, but didn't make it. I guess unions are history in this country. Turn out was extremely low. When they are, elections lean towards the conservative. I vote absentee ballot (always have), even though I don't fit into that demographic (conservatives). What I really fail to understand is why this particular gang got in. Are latinos and blacks really so happy with the current state of affairs that they didn't bother voting? Oh, well. BTW, I'll be going to the BASTARD Conference in : UC campus, Valley Life Sciences Bldg, 10am. --- Elaine <http://www.hotmail.com/~et> wrote: > Update as of 5:30 - March 12, 2004: > > BILL WARD 7569 13.4 > BARBARA HALLIDAY 7526 13.4 > BILL QUIRK 5766 10.2 > OLDEN HENSON 5595 9.9 > ROBERT LOPEZ 5319 9.4 > JOSEPH HILSON 4186 7.4 > GARY R.
