1) It's a contract, meaning pay-by-the-hour and no benefits.  I don't know
   the rate.

2) The application is speech recognition interface to Meditech and other
   (mostly) medical applications.  I think they're using this Visual
   Basic-like language, but they may be using other languages, I'm not
   sure.
