Really, the right thing is to have the rich get taxed higher (because they make all these higher profits due to sending work overseas) and use the extra money to train people. OTOH, you're probably right in that, even if a Democratic president is elected, and there is still a Republican-controlled house and senate, things won't change for a while, if at all. > P.S.
