To some extent, yes, they are living in a dream world.  Forrester Research
says there are now 900K IT jobs and that by 2015 there will be only 600K
IT jobs in the United States.  Unfortunately, I won't be retiring 'til
well after that so I'm going to have to think of something....

But!  The above newsfactor story is pretty old and things have changed
slightly since then.  So, I'm not quite so pessimistic.
