I think this site:

has the best ideas for the script.  It's simple and seems to handle the
various cases (gatekeepers, objections, and voicemail).

One thing that's not mentioned is the idea of actually getting dressed up
for the interview and easy directions to get there in case they want to
talk with you right away.
