The person I have in mind is Donna Fenstermaker, an excellent masseuse and 
artist who became a good friend of mine and managed the group's mailing list 
for a long time. I don't know how far she is from BART. She has a massage room 
at her house and also works for a SF hotel. Her phone number is 532-7365, and 
she lives at 2434 E. 23rd in Oakland. 

If Donna is too far away for you, especially by public transit, you might 
check with chirorpractors in ; many have certified massage therapists 
working in their offices. I wish I remember the name of a good Eastern 
European massage therapist who worked on me last year at Piedmont Springs, a 
hot tub place on Piedmont Ave. that contracts with a number of massage 
therapists. Just in case, Piedmont Springs is at 3939 Piedmont Ave. (a 10-15 
minutes' walk from the MacArthur BART), and the phone number is 652-9191. That'
s another possibility. Dunno if you could get a massage w/o also doing the hot 
tub, but doing the latter for 30 minutes followed by massage is sure nice if 
it's affordable.
