I think I discovered the problem.  You might wanna try it yourself.  You need
to change /etc/apt/sources.list to change:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian woody non-free

to:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian woody main contrib non-free

You'll then need to run dselect and make sure you do an "update".
