I talked with Amy.  She says that she reads the letter as saying "before 6
months" to submit expenses.  (I agree with that assessment.)  However,
she's going to double-check with Naomi; she'll know within a couple of
weeks.

We'll need to submit the claim before the end of the year because 6 months
after your employment is January 14th.
