You attorney is your representative at close as I inculcated to Robert
throughout this process but most importantly when we first met in my office.
My buyers and sellers have always been very pleased by the level of care and
professionalism I exhibit during the home buying and selling process. This
is certainly unusual but I respect your opinion and would be happy to
recommend another broker in my offence in the event you need real estate
services.

Well I was there as Robert's representative. And as I knew little of
what was going on, it would have been very appropriate and nice if YOU
would have been there. If it was up to me, I would have cancelled the
whole thing! I certainly would never recommend you to anyone else.
