I wish you had told me about the problem with the stuff that I had left in the 
house for the new owners.  I really thought I was doing them a favor, 
especially with leaving the correct paint colors, and I find out that it will 
cost $800.  If the walk-through had been done a couple of days ago, I wish 
that you would have told me about these sort of problems before the closing 
meeting.
