My lawyer says that I need the following for the closing:

 > A smoke detector certificate from the fire department;
 > IF the November 1 real estate taxes have been paid, a receipt;
 > A paid final water/sewer bill or information for an adjustment in 
 > water/sewer charges;
 > IF the house has oil heat, information for an adjustment for oil (the value 
 > of oil int he tank);

Do you have any of these?  Are there any that I need to provide?
