The buyer's lawyer hasn't yet approved the deed as composed by my lawyer. So,
I am still unable to sign and notarize it. If I cannot get the signed,
notarized deed to my lawyer by Thursday, then the closing date may have to be
delayed.
I'm just warning you, just in case.
