OK.
I told my lawyer that the house is being sold AS-IS.  So, I'm hoping the
Purchase and Sale Agreement will embody that.

I've already packed my bicycle, so I'll have to take public transit to get
to Coolidge Corner.  That usually takes between 20 and 40 minutes.
