OK, so the buyer has apparently made his decision -- he doesn't want the
place.
So, we're back to square #1 with our options:
1) You guys move into the place.
2) I look again for buyers and begin on that whole process again. (I
could try contacting the less-rich guy again, but I don't know if he's
completely pissed at me or whatever at this point.)
3) Spend the $16,000 or so and use a broker.
I should try to find out how much I owe Jim Peterson at this point.
Anyway, any ideas on what to do?
