Robert,
I must say that i am a bit surprised, I thought that you would have been fair
in your deliberation and at a minimum given me the opportunity to counter
offer. I was prepared to offer to sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement by
tomorrow with 5% of the purchase price paid when the PNS was signed. This
would allow us to move on the financing and closing in a more timely fashion.
Your decision to decline my offer on a the basis of financing demonstrates
that you are selecting based on unfair grounds. In your correspondences it
has been clear that although I have provided you with any and all information
requested and allowed access to my lenders you have not been satisfied. This
along with your specific comments indicating that i am not a qualified
candidate, in direct contradiction verbal and written accounts from
professional lenders, and that I do not understand the process is absurd. I do
wish that you would reconsider your position.
Regards,
Tom Lovett

I respectfully decline your offer. I have decided to go with the other
offer. I will be returning your earnest-money deposit check in the mail.
I do wish you the best of luck in your home search.
Thank you for your interest in the property.
