My lawyer looked it over and it looks kosher.  I'll be sending back the
signed offer via mail today.  For the time being, I'll be keeping the
earnest-money deposit check unless something specific wants to be done
with it.

Have you found an inspector to come on Friday?  If so, what time will
she/he show up?
