I've been throwing lots of stuff away -- just putting it out on the
sidewalk/curb to be picked up.
I don't know how a dumpster would fit here. Do you know if they come in
different sizes?

On the other hand, I was thinking about it more and realize that the best
price I'll probably be able to get is $250000 rather than dad's $300000 or
whatever. (In fact, I'm feeling it's going to be less than $250000. But,
it's definitely the most affordable place in Boston!)
