Well, it looks like  is about on-par with .  The difference
seems to be that there are more rich people in  (i.e., the gap
between the rich and poor is larger in  than in ).  You can
tell this since the median house price is a bit lower than the average
price.

Also, the average and median income in  are both higher than
.  So, unless I can get a job, we'll be considered "poor" there.
