Paulette Chandler, M.D.

Osteoporosis: 
The Latest Research & Therapies

Dr. Chandler is on the faculty of Harvard 
Medical School and practices at Brigham 
and Women’s Hospital in Boston.  

Osteoporosis strikes men as well as women,
and is evidenced as early as the teen years.   
Preventive measures are relevant for people
of all ages.  Dr. Chandler will bring us up to 
date on research findings, preventions, and
treatments in this important field.  Bone model
samples of osteoporotic bone vs. normal bone
will be available.

Bonus:  FREE (non-perishable) samples that 
arrived for Food Fest a day too late!  Also, 
FREE color vegan recipe booklets
with healthy 30 minute meals will be distributed.

4 p.m. - FREE  SEMINAR  --  ALL WELCOME

5 - 7  p.m. -  Stay for our Social Dinner and
have some good conversation with our
friendly group.    Country Life's famous vegan
buffet dinner for only $8.40 includes several
hot entrees and hot vegetables, soups, a
30 item salad bar, nut butters and breads,
fresh fruit bar with toppings, herbal teas
and grain coffee.

closed temporarily for the Big Dig.

(walk along Atlantic Ave passing
Federal Reserve Bank on your right.
At Rowe's Wharf , cross street to CL.)
*State Street on the Orange Line
(walk south on State Street,
turn right on Broad St. and walk
to the very end.   CL is on your right.)
*Park Street on the Green Line.
(walk south on Winter St. one block, 
left on Washington St. one block,
turn right on Franklin St. (just past Filene's),
right on Broad St. to end, CL is on right.)
*Government Center on the Green & Blue Lines.
(walk south on State Street,
turn right on Broad St. and walk
to the very end.   CL is on your right.)

Free street parking (*allow some time*, just in case).
