The radio seems to be fairly pro-war and nationalistic. I'm not sure if this is just an East Coast phenomenon or not. (We heard Michael Krasny here one night and it didn't seem much different.) I heard that there was a protest march yesterday from Boston to Cambridge. I don't know how large it was. There are a number of flags along our street . We were just listening to Dave Emory. It was the broadcast from KFJC last Sunday. (Apparently, all of Dave's shows are on the Web in an archive.) It seems that George W is intent on sending some people on a one way " Paid Vacation" to Afghanistan. I heard a commentator making the analogy that the Taliban are the Third Reich and the people living there are the Jews. I think (of course) a military action would be a terrible mistake. I've been listening to my old punk rock records and songs. A lot of them are still applicable these days. ("When You Get Drafted"," Who Is The Terrorist Now?", "The Day Everything Became Nothing", etc.) How has everything else been going with you? > > Well hang in there. > love, kathryn
