Howdy Robert & Noelle,
I got the info off the sign in front of your old
place. The Realtor is Re Max the # is (510)527-8545. 
The individual realtor is Ury F. Beary.  The dotcom
bust isn't that much of a thing yet, here anyway.  It
will probably take another few months.  I hear that
Silicon Valley real estate is falling fast, well the
price:) anyway.  It would be awesome to have you
living back here again.  There are several communal
houses in the area already and I'm sure it wouldn't be
too hard to find people to live with.  Getting them to
buy in with you is another story. People are mostly
interested in cheap places to live and not that
interested in settling down in one area.  Maybe I just
hang out with young folks too much.
