Actually, I opened it up and stuck some oil into the fan.  I know -- it's
probably a mistake putting petroleum based product into a plastic fan.
Oh, well.  It'll probably have to be replaced at some point, anyway.

Are those power supply fans standard, i.e., do they only come in one size?
