I'll get right down to my problem.  This year, our New Year's company
holiday is Dec 31.  We need to fill out time-sheets on the last day of the
month.  I use hbday to remind me of this.  However, since the last day of
the month is a holiday, I'd like hbday to remind me on Dec 30 instead of
Dec 31.  I lost the man page to hbday, but I looked at the source and
there's no facility to have "floating" holidays skip back over "fixed"
holidays.  You haven't added anything like this to hbday, have you?
