Pam Sinotte's is very near The English High School in Jamaica Plain.
If you are coming on the T, get off at the Orange Line Green Street T stop. 
You can see The English High School once you get outside and look west.
The street that passes in front of The English High School is Carolina Street.
Get to that street and head north. In about 100 yards you will see a little 
cul de sac called Carolina Place. Go in.

I suppose these directions also work if you're driving.
