--- Forwarded mail from "Discussion of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendonitis etc.." <http://www.ITSSRV1.UCSF.EDU/~SOREHAND>, jgarro <http://www.BELLATLANTIC.NET/~jgarro> I just read in Deborah Quilter's "The Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book" something that reminded me about this person's post, forwarded to us by Paul, and it made me wonder if vitamin B6 might be the cause of part of her problems. (I'm sending her a carbon copy of this.) Quilter writes: "...unlike some other water-soluble vitamins, B6 can be stored in the muscles, and can thus reach toxic levels. Paradoxically, an excess of vitamin B6 can lead to the very symptoms people had hoped to relieve by taking supplements: nerve damage, which manifests as clumsyness or numbness in the hands or feet." Just a thought, FWIW.
