I had that.  It was while playing frisbee and I turned the wrong way.  First
time I had ever taken a sick day off.  It was intensely painful.  Just rest
it.  I've learned to feel my back more acutely so I know when I should stretch
it to avoid the massive painful spasms.

Don't know yet.  If the weather's bad, we may go up and meet you in Waterville
Valley.  If it's good, I'll stay home, work on the house.  Noelle also wants to
have a picnic at the Decordova Museum in Lincoln.
